Yeah it's a movie game but this one is pretty decent. The first one was pretty awesome too.
I don't know how true to the movies they are as I've never seen the movies. The game is kinda repetitive but it's the godfather so it's not too bad. You start with Michael giving you your own family and you can pick one dude you can team up with.
Basically your objective is to take over all the gangs and kill the other mob bosses. They also attack your territories though after awhile you can send members of your gang to defend that place. You can also hire guards but mostly the guards are worthless and only buy you time to get your people there.
Only thing I didn't really like is you can upgrade your dudes except when it comes to guns and I think a few other minor things. Basically there are gun licenses I think it goes A-D or something like that. If your guy is a D he won't be able to use powerful guns. Only way to change that is to play online.
Oh there's also alot of topless chicks running around. Not sure if that was just my game but I remember going into a bar to take it over and there was a topless chick behind the bar. There are also strip clubs too.
