Well since we are not getting any bailout money the cops have to write more tickets to make up some money. I don't mind these stupid little ones as long as they are steering away from gun control.

Elmendorf cops dont care about tint unless its like limo tint on the front windows. APD usually just has their heads up the mayors ass trying to pilfer society out of more money.

Find out how much the city is in debt. I heard the number once and it was unreal but I couldn't tell you how much it is at this time. Of course they are going to try to get moneys anyway they can.
